  3. MS Office - to open .doc .xls .ppt  
  4. Adobe Reader - to open pdf
  5. Adobe Flash Player - to play videos online

  7. K-Lite Codec Pack - applies codec to media files so you can play any type of video.
  8. uTorrent client - to download via torrent websites
  9. Winrar - to open the compress files & also to compress the files
  10. Internet Download Manager - to boost the download speed
  11. .net frame work - it support Run time for some applications
  12. Java - it support run time for java pagesc
