Good Qualities for a Computer Service Engineer



Some good qualities must have for a Computer Service Engineer.
Many of the Service Engineers now a days are frauding the Customers, even i too got fraud some times, but to reach the good name from the Customers you need to maintain some good qualities that i mention below.
the formula that you have to Follow is "Service First & Money Next"

Good Interaction with our Customer
Reasonable price
No Fraud to be done while Servicing
Maintain the Time

  • When Customer comes to us give him a seat and ask respectly what is the problem
  • After he describes the problem check the computer in-front of your Customer (they trust us if we do in-front of them)
  • Tell him what is the exact problem and please don't tell any wrong to get more profit because trust is more powerful than profit
  • Explain how much time you need and what you have to do
  • Tell how much time you take to Return the Computer for your Customer
  • at last tell him the service fee that must be reasonable.
  • while they going wish them thank you for choosing us we care your machine and we deliver As Soon As Possible.
  • After Completing the Repair you call them and tell "sir we are calling form XXX Company your Computer is ready to Work please visit us to Check your Computer and carry.  
  • After they Checking if they ask any thing just guide him
  • At last Wish them while delivering the Computer.
i think you really get a good name in society if we do our job trustfully, be a good Engineer, now a days people need to trust us.
